HOW DO I RESERVE THE SELFIE SUITE FOR MY EVENT?
To reserve The Selfie Suite for your event, please call 678.827.2969 or email info@theselfiesuite.com. A Selfie Suite Consultant will contact you to find out the unique details of your upcoming event. Once a quote is accepted, a non-refundable $200.00 booking fee is due upon signing of contract. The event is only reserved once the booking fee is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event Date. If the balance has not been collected by this due date, then The Selfie Suite reserves the right to cancel the event.
WHAT ARE THE SELFIE SUITE RATES?
The Selfie Suite charges an hourly service rate based on the specifics of your event and the guest count. Additional time when the Selfie Suite is required to be set up but not in service is billable as idle time (much cheaper than service time). Please discuss the agenda for your event with your Selfie Suite Consultant while making a reservation. All quotes will be based on current market rates and availability.
IS THERE A MINIMUM HOURLY REQUIREMENT?
YES! There is a 2 hour minimum for all bookings.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
We are booking up fast! Many event planners are reserving dates up 2 months in advance. We will try our absolute best to accommodate your event, but be sure to call early to reserve The Selfie Suite.
WHAT IS THE SELFIE SUITE'S REFUND POLICY?
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. Requests for the date changes must be done in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date. If The Selfie Suite has the new date available, we will more than happily provide our services on the new date, at no additional charge. If The Selfie Suite does not have the new date available, the non-refundable deposit will be lost and the event will be cancelled.
DOES THE SELFIE SUITE PROVIDE PHOTO PRINTS?
The Selfie Suite will provide prints at an additional charge based on the guest count. Digital photos are standard, and guests can receive photos from their cell phone, email, or download instantly from our website.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PHOTOS FOR MY EVENT?
YES! The last frame of the photo strip, called Footer Prints, can be used for your personalized graphic or logo. Let us know if you have a monogram, logo or picture you’d like us to use, or we can work with you to customize a graphic to suit your event. We can also customize the background of the photo strips and 4×6 to suit your needs. Pick a color, pick a theme, use a photo (hearts, flowers, puppies, whatever you want!).
